  Morris's father-in-law was also named Morris, so his wife Ann renamed him "Murray." Morris (aka Murray) had a huge appetite. His son, Howard, boasted that his dad's stomach is in the Smithsonian, due to its IRON foundation. Morris was an ambidextrous baseball player (threw lefty/righty) and switch hitter extraordinaire.
