  According to her granddaughter, Dorothy Weisbaum Graf, Hannah and her family lived with her sister, Fredericka, when they came to the US until they settled in Denver for a while on their way to the West Coast to visit family in LA and San Francisco. However, Fredericka Gordon Perlman arrived in the US years after Hannah. On her cryptstone, her maiden name is spelled "Gordan".
